Very abusive behaviour towards customers. There isn't even a point to go back to your shop as I know you/your staff will start fighting as you did last time so due to the mental trauma you have caused my family I feel there is no way to set this right. I settle things with people who know and realise their own, genuine mistakes, not with people like you/your employees who lack integrity and courtesy.

Excellent service and carpets.
I have been using Taqwa Carpets for over 10 years now and I have always received excellent service. I had to cancel carpet fittings at a late notice on this occasion because the builders had me let down, thankfully the staff at Taqwa carpets were understanding and rebooked me for another date.
They also applied an automatic discount for being a loyal customer. The best carpet company in the area, I recommend them highly.
