I pre booked the night before, and got a confirmation email. However the taxi did not arrive and I received a call an hour later. It was a time sensitive matter and and ruined my day completely, thanks to the forgetful taxi man, I was severely late to my second day of work. However, he did offer to pay for a taxi that would arrive in 20 minutes. I declined as I was already too late.

Not really much to say usually about a taxi journey but felt I had to leave this review. Polite , punctual , friendly, helpful and good prices. Brilliant taxi firm excellent service and will definitely use over all the other taxi firms in Stevenage. Can’t understand why they have bad reviews as my experience was a very good one !!

The driver refused to take me because of the short trip!! Stevenage train station to woolners way stevenage. His excuse was.. sorry we charge cash only! I Took a photo of his licence and after he chased me the whole trains station to take a photo of me! Obviously shouting at me!! If you want to make a proper complain, call the borough concil of your town!
