Used by 100s in and around Hitchin, we also have clients from America and Europe, the middle and Far East. These people book their taxi before departing their country with the confidence that a Castle Taxis driver will be there to meet and greet them and then convey them to their onward destination.
All of our vehicles have meters fitted for taxi fares. The rates are set by North Herts District Council who license and regulated Castles Taxis. We will quote an estimated price on any taxi fare but the meter determines the final taxi fare. We will quote a fixed price if the customer requires. We work 24 hrs a day 365 days a year and work between midnight and 7am for airports etc need pre-booking with 6 hours notice before midnight.
We are members of the Federation of Small Businesses. Established in 1964 we have been under the present owners for the past 25 years and are a totally service and customer orientated company.
