I bought a place located around West London and spoke to different surveyors prior to booking Spencer Lion and got numerous quotes. I, of course, got a quote from Connells, which was the cheapest.
Having seen an example of a Connells survey from a friend of mine I was not convinced on the level of detail so opted not to go for them.
I spoke to Adam at Spencer Lion who was very professional and knowledgable about what needs to be achieved. He asked the right questions about the property that no other surveyor asked.
Adam survey was thorough and his report is exactly what one needs before purchasing
