I dropped a bike off for repair, then asked the man to fix a bike bell for me in addition to the work.
When I returned, I asked for the price of the bell and he said to me "Your bike has a bell, you don't need a bell" It was my son's bike and he asked me to buy a bell. He could easily charge me for the bell and I wouldn't notice.
What a nice man! you could see he's a nice person.

Just as we went into lockdown I needed my bike fixing Alan was so helpful and sorted out my bike as best as he could without needing repairs, to keep me going until shops open again. I'm very grateful as it meant I was able to go to work as a key worker, thank you.

Great service. Repair fixed quickly. Found this shop on Google whilst on a bike ride from London. My friend’s pedal had come off and they were able to fix it on the spot enabling us to get home again. The owners were also extremely friendly. Highly recommended!
