Bad customer service, wasting peoples time driving to collect products that are incorrect & then being arragont about it instead of apologising to the customer !
Then trying to just palm the customer off with the wrong product just to get rid of them so you can go home in a rush !!!
With that attitude towards your customers euro car parts WILL put you out of business, I expected more from this family run business which is such a shame, i would suggest you try eurocarparts instead you will get a better service price and product !

Went to this store to get number plates made and they made them but they was wonky. Went back he changed one of them but after I put the back one on with stickers it fell off so I had to go back for a replacement and yet again they was wonky. I complained and he said look have your money back I needed the plate so I did but them I felt I had to go somewhere else.
I went down the road and found another spares shop bought two plates from them and so much cheaper unlike the other one they wasn’t rude like graham from this store I would not recommend them you feel when you go there it feels like
