Great service, really reliable. Clever communication via whatsapp including picture of car and named driver with his personal contact details. Price was inline with other more anonomous services (Uber etc). Driver arrived on time, really considerate and a careful driver. Made Gatwick in just over an hour since he knew a few ratruns through East Grinstead to avoid morning traffic. Will certainly use again. Business deserves to do well.

I have been using Premier Cars for few years now and the driver always comes on time and very polite. Never had to chase anyone plus all cars I travelled in are very clean, tidy and modern. I write this review to appreciate recent encounter when the company upgraded my car to executive vehicle for free of charge.

My husband called them at 4.50 to ask for a taxi for me. After he give address, they said they will check and call him back. Have not heard anything till 5.10 so I call them back, told them what happenned and I just want to check if they have availability. They literally declined straight away that I was wrong, no one have called to ask and hang up the phone. I called back but they hang up on me again. Very rude!

We booked Premier Cars to take us both ways to a party in Royal Tunbridge Wells. Both drivers were on time and gave us a comfortable ride. I dropped my phone in the return taxi but this was quickly returned to me after I had informed them of it's loss. Will surely recommend to my colleagues and friends.
