I could not fault the service and advice I received. Went in with half an idea of what I needed for some temporary steps for an elderly Jack Russel and a new pup to get in and out of the house.
Not only did I get what I needed , they also bent over backwards to get it all cut for me to fit into the car ! 5 star service and would recommend to family and friends

I can honestly say I’ve had nothing but a very very positive experience from every member of staff I’ve spoken too at JTD, seeking advice, expertise and staff going the extra mile for me. I have probably taken on more than I can chew project managing an extension at home having no experience of doing something like this and JTD have helped me every step of the way. If you’re not trade (like me) they make you feel comfortable asking obvious questions, their delivery service has been outstanding and I’m more than happy with the costing compared to other builders merchants I’ve had quoted

Disappointing service awaited a delivery all day took a day off of work only for them to cancel at 2 pm saying they would not be able to deliver today the driver has been held up. Then I was told the van had mechanical problems after calling them explaining i took a day off for the delivery and i only live 5 minutes away. Lies delivery van was parked up when I went to get a refund.
