Went here as a member of the public looking for wood to use as framing. There were plenty of staff seemingly at a loose end but no one was interested in being of assistance & said that they were 'too busy' to cut wood to size to allow transport home. Went to James Chambers who were a breath of fresh air by comparison.

Having never laid a patio or terrace before I went for advice and some help.Rick was very patient and explained how to go about it and what I needed. Indian flags,two tons of sharp sand,24 bags of cement and delivery next day! Patio down and done finished off with special grouting advised by another staff member. For a Diy amateur they are worth going to. Service is excellent.
