There are other automotive accessory and parts stores in Carrick and the surrounding area but none have the professionalism, accuracy when picking the correct parts and knowledge of their own product as they do here. I've used them for years and are always the first choice for parts, tools, car cleaning and towing accessories!

Tried to phone to see if they were open. NO ANSWER😡
Stood in the shop at the counter with 3 members of staff and still waited nearly 10 minutes before one of them asked could they help, i asked for a number plate to be made answer No they've stopped making them when i asked is there anywhere else answer was "I up the road". Think I'll take my business elsewhere.

We have 2 local Motor Factors in Carrick... Ellis has always been my favourite... I have used them for many years even before the present owners took over a long time ago. .. They always seem to be cheaper than their rivals East Antrim Motor Factors... Great service guys.... !!!!!

I’ve now stated to buy more and more stuff from here. They offer good quality products, are very reasonably priced and the staff are extremely pleasant and are happy to go the extra mile. The best staff of all are the four legged ones contentedly roaming their domain. :o)
