Hi everyone, I find the staff very rude, they seemed nice to other customers in the queue, but when they heard my accent they didn't seem to like it and asked were I was from, I told them I just want to buy a part, they said it cost money to check the computer I didn't like their behaviour and I left the shop and went to halfords and got what I needed immediately. There is very poor customer service and I will never use this shop again, their behaviour was appalling!

Called in at 2.30 on Friday afternoon looking for droplinks for my car.
Previously every where else I had tried could only order them on Monday with delivery expected the following day.No good,I needed them on Saturday.The guys in the shop told me that they could have them for me first thing in the morning.I initially thought this was an April Fool, especially when they told me they would be delivered from Dublin!!!
Lo and behold,first thing Saturday morning there they were sitting in front of me on the counter.
If anyone deserves a 5 star review it's the guys at Merville motorfactors---- you
