Martin at Platinum was fantastic at explaining my cover to me. I was buying a new house and needed insurance before we moved in. Even though I cannot commit all the details to memory for both contents and building cover, I am now confident that any claims will be paid out, as I am properly covered! I do not know the jargon and loop-holes and Martin was expert at not speaking down to me! If you want an insurance broker who speaks human, talk to Platinum Choice!
