Great city center location, only a couple of minutes walk away from all of the high street outlets. Furnishings inside the property are very nice and the bathrooms are of a similar quality to a hotel. Maintenance was usually very attentive to our problems and were fixed in a timely fashion. Overall recommended.

Had a recent experience at one of these properties. Whilst they look lovely from photographs there are lots of issues with them when you move in. When telling the landlord about the defects he is very rude and arrogant with no interest to resolve them. Happy to take your money and then blame you for them. I would AVOID

Have been staying at Faris House for a whole year and I am sad now for leaving such a fantastic flat with smooth internet and good quality bedroom. Lovely staffs are always there to help when accident happened. Perfect location for shopping and buying groceries, a minutes walk to the bus station which ideal for all uni students. Best accomodation in Lancaster!
