Lune Properties offer high quality, affordable student accommodation in Lancaster City Centre. Modern, spacious (all our bedrooms have double beds) and well equipped (flat screen TV's included). After a large property? All our properties are located within 2 minutes walk of each other so we can accommodate even the largest group.
We rented a flat with Lune Properties over the 2016/2017 academic year. Our flat was modern, spacious and well-positioned. The landlord was very friendly and flexible with our requests, such as storing some of our stuff over the summer or arranging a tenancy online for two of us that were overseas the previous year on study abroad.

The landlord, Nick, made the duration of the tenancy very enjoyable. He is quick to fix anything that may need attention whilst also maintaining the quality of his properties throughout the year in a quiet and respectful manner. The respect shown towards his tenants is admirable when compared with other landlords - who I will not name - in Lancaster. The property itself has exceptional facilities, including but not limited to double the required amounts of bathrooms. Noise insulation far exceeds expectations for a city centre property. Very good property on Penny Street in the centre of town. Couldn't get closer to the bus stop, bars/clubs and shops. Despite being so central in town, secondary glazed windows completely soundproofed the rooms from outside noise as well as helped keep the heat in. Very safe and secure entry system and gates too. While not exactly a modern building (possibly historically preserved), it did have its own charm as a student dig. Plentiful bathroom facilities and living space considering there were 9 of us. Landlord was also easy to get hold of, extremely helpful and down to earth (a rarity in Lancaster
