The Wynd Gallery is a co-operative art gallery run by local artists. The gallery offers an ever-changing exhibition of contemporary paintings, prints, sculpture, ceramics and textiles. The gallery promotes The Arts in Letchworth and provides an exciting venue suitable for artists working across a range of contemporary visual arts media. As a result, the dynamic programme of group and solo exhibitions supports and strengthens relationships within its own artistic group and engages with the wider community.

My 4 year old son wondered into this shop from the children’s park next door. The shop’s front door was wide open. He then picked up a small item that was easily within reach and by the time I had chased after him into the shop he had dropped it on the floor.
The shop then charged me full retail price for the item.
Personally I will avoid this shop in the future and suggest that others do too. I would also suggest to the owners that they shut the door on busy Saturdays when the park next door is full if they don’t want pre-school children wondering in.
