The firm is headed by Mr Sukhindra Singh Rai, LL.B. (Hons). Mr Rai has been specialising in immigration law since 1992 and is a Certified Advisor of the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). Over the past 30 years he has dealt with a variety of challenging immigration cases. Such cases have ranged from the British High Commission to appeals in the Immigration Courts.
If you are a Visa national you will need a visa to enter the UK - and in some cases to transit through the UK. If you are not a Visa national you do not need a visa to visit the UK for less than six months. Business and Special Visitors - those visiting for business, sports, entertainment or a variety of 'special' reasons such as for private medical treatment, marriage, parent of a child at school or as a prospective student.

Firstly, Mr Rai, could I just take a moment to thank you for everything you have done. Throughout the whole process.
My case was an problematic one, applying for a spouse visa as I was an oversees British citizen & Only a British Citizen can apply for a spouse visa, however Mr Rai guided me & helped me gain a full British Citizenship & then helped me apply for a spouse visa.
From the outset, communication with Immigration Advice Bureau - Immigration Solicitors Southall was first class. I was kept fully informed
