We offer advice in all areas of Family Law including divorce and associated financial remedies i.e. the financial settlement of matrimonial assets; separation; domestic violence; and private childcare matters. Our fees for a divorce are 900 plus VAT. This is based on the time an average case will take - ie: between 5 and 6 hours at 175.00 per hour.
Harold Pluss is our Senior Wills advisor. Our normal fee for the preparation of a single Will is 295.00 plus VAT and our normal fee for two mirror image Wills for a couple is 495.00 plus VAT. Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I rang today to ask a question relating a legal matter; they do not deal with the enquiry I had, but kindly supported me and provided advice and recommendation, leading me to the following steps. Great receptionist and thanks to the solicitor that took my call patiently! Appreciated.
