We purchased a Rational Combi Oven, James came and did a site survey before delivery and with short notice after delivery came and installed the new oven. At this time James also commissioned the unit and gave me a run through of operating, cleaning and maintenance that could be completed by the operator. Very happy with service and professionalism. the unit has a 2 year warranty and we hope to see James for any repairs after this hopefully after a long time!
