On this period our shop is open only 11am to 5pm Clic&collect, dropoff and preorder by phone. Send your phones or tablet to my shop with infomation about the items issue if possible also send with your item a return address, email address and a contact number. Phone repair, laptop repair, WATER DAMAGE, no charging, lcd broken, data save, unlock and more.

Although I am romanian, same as the lady, I have never seen such a rude attitude in a shop. How is possible to scream and accuse for no reason while a 5yrs children is present?
You should be ashamed that the children said to everyone what a rude lady was in that shop. You also should learn to respect customers.
I just hope that lady's kids don't receive the same treatment at home.
