Absolutely excellent service. Needed the charging port on my S10 changing. The Samsung repair center wanted 350 pounds plus whatever else they " find wrong with the device". This place sorted the issue for 50 pounds and did it within an hour. Can't ask for more really.

The microphone on my wife's iPhone had stopped working. Ralakde were recommended to us. We took the phone in for repair and were met by a very helpful courteous young man, who within minutes had diagnosed the problem. The phone was repaired whilst we waited. The whole thing only took about 20 minutes. Superb service.

The guy was really helpful and showed me the stock, they also sell iPhones both new and refurbished quite a bit cheaper than i have seen anywhere else, so will likely go to them when I decide to upgrade from my current model.
