Always happy with how the staff treat me when I go there with my or my partners car.

I went in after the engine management light came on our Audi A3.
The folks diagnosed the problem (a faulty sensor), gave me the price and then got everything fixed within 24 hours.
After the repair, they called and told me that it needed to be driven some distance to get everything recalibrated.
They advised I do that instead of them to save me paying an extra couple of hours of labour costs.
A very honest garage that clearly take pride in what they do.

Jack a very honest mechanic. Used him 2 times and no charge. He test drove my car on 2 occasions and told me the problem both times with out charge. Did work on my car for free. I've eventually found an honest garage. 👍thanks Jack

What a FANTASTIC GEM of a GARAGE ..Had 2 Cars that needed a Good Few things doing to them.. which included an Air Con Regas, Suspension Parts, Brakes and Engine Light Diagnosis ...all of which we Knew Needed Checking Out ...this was all done Quickly , Efficiently and all at a Competitive Price ..and Everything was Explained and Discussed in Detail with JACK ...who I must Say has the Very Best Customer Service Skills I have come Across with any Garage I have Dealt with in YEARS ..including Main Dealers !!!

I dropped the car here to have the window repaired a few weeks ago. They ordered the parts in and sorted the window out very quickly. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and kept me informed throughout. Great experience, would use in the future.
