We back every successful permanent placement with our rebate guarantee. If the person you choose leaves their employment within the first two months, due to dismissal or resignation, you will be entitled to a rebate. You will be working with an award-winning team looking after a luxury residential development, managing on-site facilities services, client & resident customer services while also managing a team of cleaners, security, and concierge.
Testudo has been the main recruitment company to go to for our iconic and luxury residential building in Central London. The reason for this is their very personal and tailored approach in finding the right candidate.
Francis in particular meets with us when a new role is made available and takes deep interest how the role changes over time, what personality is required to fit the role and company environment and meets with candidates and helps in finding them "a home", as he calls it.Francis also regularly catches up with all the team members he has placed with us as to see how they are developing over the years.

Have to say Frank at Testudo Recruitment is the best recruiter I have ever dealt with. Normally I dread contacting recruiters because of apprehension about someone trying to sell me a role I know is not best for me. Frank takes a firm interest in understanding you as a candidate and finding the right role for you, then helps coach you for the opportunity. Very happy with where I’m now working, but will certainly use Frank again in the future when it is time to move on.

Francis has been excellent to work with, he is knowedledgable in the property and facilities industries, and is also encouraging which I feel I needed. I applied for a role with Testudo through a job board but was called very quickly by Francis. He started the conversation and it was apparent he knew what he was talking about and took an interest in what was driving me. He took the time to go through my CV and picked out the points that stood out and immediately had a few roles in mind. This may sound like every other recruiter but Francis had roles that were actually relevant to my skill set and not just trying to fill a job to get paid. We regularly use Testudo when we need last minute temporary workers and they have always managed to come through for us, even at really sort notice. Our main contact is Francis but we've worked with most of the team now at some point or another. They all go above and beyond to keep it within our budget and their no nonsense style is a breath of fresh air compared to many other recruiters we have come across in the past. As an employer I found using Testudo recruitment one the easiest processes when it comes to recruiting a new staff member.
