Unfortunately I had very poor service from Haywards Heath Glass and Glazing. We had an appointment for them to come out and look at a problem with my mother's patio doors. They didn't turn up at the agreed time and date. I rang the next day and they said they would come the next day. I specifically asked for the chap to ring me when there as Mum has Alzheimers and couldn't explain the problem (we don't live locally). No call. As I hadn't heard from them I rang to see if they'd turned I was told the doors needed new wheels, but this won't solve the underlying issue - which is why I wanted him to

Keith and the team fitted a bespoke mirror to cover a whole wall in my en suite bathroom.
