Hi I'm the owner of A1glass, I didn't realise that I had a complaint on this site until today, only to be told by a satisfied customer, who kindly gave us a brilliant review ,the persons in question have left the company for much the reasons as that customer quoted,I must firstly apologise as I don't like behaviour like this,I pride myself on our telephone manners many thanks Patrick Smyth

Absolutely awful customer service! My partner went in to order two glass table tops about 2 months ago. A1 Glass were meant to ring us back that day with a quote. When I rang them to follow up he said he had lost the measurements. So I went in to 'see' them and deliver the measurements myself (the guy was no where to be seen so I had to ring up and then he appeared!). They apparently had lost my telephone number too. Perhaps this could be avoided if they recorded telephone numbers for jobs properly rather than on the back of his notebook! Anyway he promised he would send off the measurements and
