Ordered a pair of work trousers from Alsico. Firstly the trousers were poor quality, nothing really like what was pictured on the website. So I decided to return the product. Returns are at your own expense, which is fair enough as I guess they're not a huge company. The website states that it takes up to 10 working days to refund on a return. It has been 2 months and I am yet to see my refund. I have used the live chat as well as emailed the company to talk about processing my refund. I've received assurance twice that my refund was processed and up to this moment, two months on, nothing! Poor
