Ordered some woman’s work trousers. Measured my waist and ordered a 33 and a 35 inch waist just to make sure. They came and the label said waist 33 and 35 but they were measuring 5 inches bigger then that. My boyfriend is a 38waist and the 33 fit him and we’re even a bit loose.
I sent an email asking what size I should be ordering if this is happening so I can exchange them and they said they couldn’t advise me until I sent the others back. So I can’t exchange them or a different size then? I have to get a refund and order more, which takes longer and I needed them for a certain date.

Seeing the reviews i am very surprised as we order regularly from Snickers and have only ever had 1 issue which was a pair of trousers split on the seam as hadn't been stitched properly, the issue was sorted immediately and we had the faulty pair returned and a new 1 delivered within a couple of days. They have always been great when i call to place an order and when i dealt with customer services, will recommend them to all of our tradesmen we see regular and we have always purchased our work wear from here and will continue to do so.

A manager at Snickers Direct said this - You dont simply get what you want by demanding it.
I'm sure the review you leave us will be one of hundreds of negative reviews you have left for companies who simply didn't do exactly what you wanted them to do regardless of if it was right or not.
How UNPROFESSIONAL? All because I asked for an exchange of their poor quality item.

You order trousers from them, to which they say are in stock. Then pay £5.95 for next day delivery. Only to be told by email the day after it's 7-10 working days for delivery to them . Then it's next day delivery. Complete and utter joke.
They need to keep they stock list upto date and state before you pay how long delivery will be. Colleague bought his from another site. Didn't pay for next day delivery and his have arrived before mine.
This company is just a middle man. With a very small stock level. Their postage is a complete and utter rip off.

Very disappointed by my last two purchases. The belt broke instantly and the knee pads lasted a week. Worst of all was the the trousers (6241), while very comfortable initially, they have fallen to pieces within 12 months!! not what you expect for the price. Reported faults to this company who were not interested as it was past 6 months. I cannot justify the price for such poor quality products and service.

Small family run company, with exceptionally priced quality products. I remember stopping of at the outlet on my way to see a family member in the north so decided to order online. Beats amazon, ebay and all those bigger online shopping places. I made a small purchase but will definately be spending more money next time. Cannot understand any of these bad reviews whatsoever. Thank you very much.
