Driver was early which was great, but as it was a pre booked taxi, I would expect so. Unfortunately the driver experience wasn’t great, as we had 3 children to get in and belted up. However the driver deemed that once we were in the vehicle it was ok to start driving off before our 11month old in a child seat wasn’t strapped in, and neither our 3 year old, to which we asked him to wait whilst we did so.

One of my biggest hates, is being called to tell your late when you are already late. Taxi was booked for 11.15. I was then called at 11.20 to tell me it’s going to be late…… I can tell the time.
Then to be told it’s ten minutes away… but looked on app to tell me it’s 20 minutes away.

Booked a taxi and paid in advance online, told them the taxi was for 6 people and they send a taxi for 5. Upon ringing the office they denied all knowledge of us saying for 6 people, then they made us wait while they listened back to our call and admitted we did say 6 people but then tried to charge us an extra £25 for they're mistake. Now got to wait up to 4 hours to a refund.
Company is a joke, all they are interested in is taking your money!
Now left waiting in the cold for another taxi company to come rescue us and take us home. All this company is interested in is taking your money not

Overall I have had good experiences with 24/7 for majority of my bookings. They are prompt and usually arrive quickly. I find that when you book in advance is when the issues arise such as the driver still showing up late. Perhaps if you’re booking in advance just bring the time forward 10-15 minutes.
I do think more communication is needed however. I booked a cab and waited 15 mins. Called 24/7 in the end and they said there is a 45 min delay at the moment. I was very shocked that I had not received this information immediately upon booking.

Friendly, approachable and helpful driver once. The following occasions the driver hasn't offered to assist by opening his boot for our folding wheelchair and bags at either end of the journey. Just the offer of assistance would improve our experience and direct our review!
