The Bramcote Day Nursery (operated by Wollaton Village Day Nursery Ltd) specialise in childcare in the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire areas. Our aim is to provide a secure and happy environment for your child which will enable them to develop to their full potential. Bramcote Day Nursery is part of the family owned Wollaton Village Day Nursery Ltd.
It is the only Nursery in the group that is managed and run by a family member. It opened in 1995 and operates from a single storey building in the village of Bramcote, close to the A52 and within easy reach of both Nottingham and Derby. A maximum of 50 children may attend the nursery at any one time.

Services
At Bramcote Day Nursery we understand that starting at any new nursery or school environment can become a very anxious time for both the children and their parents. All children settle in their own time, some will have settled in within their first visit and then there are others who take a little while longer to get used to their new surroundings.
We hold parents' evenings once a year for all age groups. During the meetings we will be able to go through your child's Development File in more detail so that you can form a better understanding of their educational development as well as their social skills. This also is a time that allows you to raise any concerns or queries that you may have.
Highly responsive care at an early stage is critical to your child's success in school, relationships and in life. Bramcote Day Nursery strives to provide a safe environment where your little one will not only be loved and cared for, but where our highly trained nursery nurses will work to stimulate your baby's cognitive, emotional and physical development through movement, exploration and one-on-one nurturing.
Your little ones want to explore everything and do everything, here at Bramcote Day Nursery we take great care to ensure there are well-charted areas that are geared up for the exploration, excitement and exercise that your children will bring. The room is shared between carpeted areas for both floor and tabletop activities and a hard floor area for messy play, water play and mealtimes.
Morning & Afternoon Circle Time where they day's topic focus activities will be introduced and reviewed. Creative Activities there will be a creative activity available at all times, this could be; painting, baking, junk modelling etc. Maths, Language & Literacy Activities tied to the EYFS to progressively build your child's crucial foundational skills.
