Very friendly and helpful, lucky to have a local bike shop in the Village. I went to get the tool I thought I needed, but following some advice, popped my bike in to get it torqued up properly, and adjusted front deraileur whilst I watched. Nominal charge only to happy to pay given results and servic, it is a business after all.

I was out on my bike today and my chain started to squeak. I came across this shop and though 'great, maybe they will help me out.'
I went in and asked if I could have a little bit of chain lube to sort it out.
The man behind the till refused and said I would have to buy a tube. He went on to say that they don't make money by giving stuff out for free.
Now I understand that he would effectively be giving me something for free but it would genuinely have been 3,4 drops of chain lube....I mean, come on!
Someone needs to tell this guy it's Christmas round the corner. Scrooge.
