Came here to get my ring resized (smaller). Charged £40. Resized the ring fine with no issues. Unfortunately when I asked for my bit of gold back (in case the ring needed to be enlarged in the future), man at the counter gave lame excuses such as "there are too many bits to look for yours, it will take 15 minutes". Then when I pressed a bit more and said I'd be willing to wait, the reply was "no one asks for it back, don't know why you're asking for it back". I was desperate to find someone who would help me with a repair but found most jewellers wouldn’t give me the time of day. Step forward Gary. Really impressed. Did a beautiful job with resizing my platinum wedding rings - completely invisible and polished to perfection. You can tell they are extremely experienced and skilled craftsmen. The price was very fair for the quality, and they adjusted the size a little a second time without charging me extra, which was very generous. Am delighted to have found a good proper jeweller.

Absolutely brilliant service, Should have wrote this review a while back. Had my wife’s engagement ring redesigned but unfortunately lockdown happened but throughout Keith emailed and reassured me the work was on going when they was able to. I picked the ring up and it was exactly as expected. Flawless. Wife was made up and for me a reasonable price. 3rd time I’ve used these guys and won’t be the last I’m sure. Thank you.

Keith was great. Designed a piece for my mum. Gold price was high so he offered to melt some scrap I had. This kept it affordable and more sentimental for my mums present. Fairly priced, and quick. I contacted them to arrange ring repairs, Keith was extremely helpful and suggested I call in to show the damage, he was really informative and took the time to ensure sizes were correct etc. His pricing was amazing compared to other jewellers. The rings were repaired in less than a week and looked like new. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Outstanding service from start to finish, Keith is truly a master of his craft. Had my wedding ring cleaned up and restored and i was shocked at the results!
