Jenny Jones is a life saver for jewellery at all price points - with lovely items for women and a decent selection of things for men too. Been buying gifts here for years. The last things I bought a couple of months ago were a necklace for a friend and some fantastic silver cufflinks for her husband - I didn't even consider looking elsewhere. Need some jewellery? Spend an hour here - it's truly an alladin's cave.

I had purchased some Hot Diamond earrings for my daughter last Christmas and unfortunately the stem at the back of one of them needed to be repaired. Jenny Jones were excellent in their customer service and even ensured the job was completed in time for this Christmas. This made the whole experience so stress free and reminded me of the service a top quality Jeweller delivers. I totally would recommend Jenny Jones.

Jenny Jones Jewellers recently helped me make a bespoke emerald engagement ring and then the following wedding bands for me and my partner. They were so helpful and answered any questions I had regarding stones/gold/getting the size of the ring wrong twice! I would highly recommend them for jewellery services in Manchester.

Had an appointment to visit another chain Jewellers to buy an engagement ring but by chance stumbled on Jenny Jones so popped for a quick browse. Ended up leaving £1600 pounds poorer but with an amazing solitaire on platinum which is absoloutely perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Fabulous service too as we popped over to San Carlo for a celebration meal while the ring was altered and returned to be greeted by a perfectly fitting ring and complimentary bottle of Champagne. Being a small independent business owner myself I fully appretiated the personal and professional service given

Went to Jenny Jones to see if I could sell a ring. Showed them the ring, looked at it for one second, slapped it in my hand and said it's not real! Thanks, bye!
First of all, if it wasn't real I wouldn't own it. I verified it in 2 shops previously. I also bought it from a reputable shop who don't sell fake stones/diamonds.
Secondly, bye?! Really? Am I now being asked to leave the shop because I politely asked to take a look at a ring?
Wouldn't recommend.

This vintage jewellery shop looks right at home under the Royal Exchange's beautiful Victorian arches. It's a veritable treasure trove of second-hand gems of all sizes, styles, ages and prices. So it's perfect if you're a bit of a magpie like me!
The store is packed with countless cases of sparkly jewels, nearly all of them one-offs and with a little story of their own. So it begs for a long, leisurely browse. However, as the place can get a little busy at the weekend, you may need to brave a crowd if you want to find yourself something special.

I'm not going to lie, I love looking round jewellery shops even those out of my budget. This stems partly from working in a shop that sold jewellery. Everytime a customer tried a necklace or bracelet on and then bought it, my heart would pang for it. Why hadn't I noticed the transforming power of this piece before?
Anyway, Jenny Jones has some good antique looking pieces here - fine gold and silver, victorian and edwardian styles and for those who love bling, diamond, platinum, emerald and ooh my favourite sapphires.
For those more in the know on jewellery design labels, Jenny Jones
