We have been buying from Hancock’s for many years and they have always provided an excellent service. The quality of the jewellery they sell, in particular the precious stones, is far superior to general high street jewellers. They will always allow you as much time as you need, giving good advice but allowing you to choose what is right for you. One really good thing we have found is they recognise that, no matter what your budget, the purchase could be a significant for you. In our experience, whether you are spending hundreds of pounds or many thousands, you will get the same high standard

My son surprised me with a beautiful Diamond and Ruby ring for my special birthday from Hancocks. The ring is stunning and my son received excellent service and advice from the staff. The staff took there time in guiding him to the perfect ring and took his requests into consideration to make the gift extra special. The presentation of the ring on the day was fabulous. Me and my fiance recently bought our wedding rings from Hancocks Jewellers and the service was first class.
We found the rings we were after online and booked an appointment in store. Amanda who looked after us was fantastic and she even polished my fiance's engagement ring.
I would highly recommend Hancocks to anyone else looking to buy their weeding rings!

Used to be 5 stars but now a weak 1 star. My family and I have shopped here for many years. Since Kevin retired it is just not the same place anymore sadly. The security guys are nice as always but the more mature members of staff now are just pathetic. Poor customer service, not as good as they used to be, you get better service at H. Samuels.
