Always have great service - Kim was a very timid little dog and Jennifer always brings the best out of him - he looks gorgeous, would love to take him there every week!

If your dog stands in front of you and his front legs are under his shoulders, then his nails must not touch the ground. Otherwise, they are too long. A full groom includes your pet being washed twice in the appropriate shampoo for their skin and coat type, drying, grooming and clipping to the agreed requirements, nails clipped, ears cleaned and plucked if needed and your pet is happy for us to do so - no matter what their size.
