Situated in a peaceful Cotswold village, Highborder Lodge offers private rooms with en suite facilities as well as two spacious communal living areas and a sun lounge which offers views of both the gardens and surrounding countryside, an inviting light airy room for reading, relaxing and conversation.
Activities and hobbies are in abundance at Highborder lodge, all needs and special requirements are supported, this includes dementia friendly tasks, everyone is welcome to join in or just observe. We cater mainly for group activities, encouraging interaction however, if your preference is one to one this can be just as easily achieved.
From time to time we have specific vacancies we need to fill as well as simply looking for reliable staff to supplement our team. A genuine interest in promoting independence and life style opportunities for the older people as well as being able to work unsupervised. Applicants must have a good standard of education.

Over two years ago my husband and I started looking for a residential care home for my mother. It was very important to us to get the right home and care for someone we loved so much. We must have seen about a dozen homes before choosing Highborder Lodge. We were looking for a lovely house, beautiful garden, outings and things to do for residents… but most importantly caring staff. We found all these things in Highborder Lodge.
