We repair most large electric domestic appliances, such as washing machines, dishwashers, fridge freezers and cookers/ovens on-site in your property. Between our very extensive van stock every engineer carries and also our accounts with specific manufacturers/distributors, this allows us to source most parts and repair almost all brands of appliance quickly.
Here at Lothian Domestics, we believe in a full transparency approach with our customers. Lothian Domestics are the only Samsung Authorised Service Centre for appliances within the EH postcode area. We are trying to keep things as close to normal as possible, but we do have extra safeguarding procedures in place. William identified the issue that was an electrical fault with the wiring of the house rather than the washing machine, and tested the washing machine was still receiving power so as to be confident that once the electrician has been that the washing machine will work again. Exceptionally Good Customer Service very very helpful and responded quickly to my query. Excellent communication on everything from what to expect to COVID guidelines. Engineer was on time very polite and friendly. Explained what issue was with my washing machine, what cost was and that he could fix it. One very happy customer would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Were able to source the replacement part for a competitive price - looked elsewhere for part to check not being ridiculously overcharged.
