The new bed showroom is roughly 60sq metres. We sell bunk beds, daybeds framed beds, divan beds with or without storage available in single small double, double, king size and super king. We have a range of pocket sprung mattresses memory foam and foam encapsulated mattresses. We always have ten beds on display in our showroom and extra beds in shop that can be ready to go for next day delivery.

My elderly mother bought a double bed from these people.
They charged her for delivery and removal of her own bed which is ok.
She paid them £825 in total.
Her bed was delivered and basically dumped in her bedroom. The mattress was left rolled up, headboard was left unattached and the two divan bases were left separately. They then left her house.
How was an elderly lady supposed to put together a double bed?
I phoned the shop today to complain but the lady I spoke to told me that was their usual service unless it is requested to be built at time of purchase and they would charge for that
