We are a select boarding kennels and cattery business providing the highest standards in accommodation and care. We are licensed by Wyre Forest district council and exceed their licensing conditions, having been awarded four stars after our last inspection. BBK is a family run business with family members living on site.
Kim is the Office Manager and Helen is the Kennel Manager. Helen is assisted in the kennels by Shannon and Tom. We are always happy to hear from our customers to answer your questions and to help in any way we can. We are situated one and a half miles from Bewdley town centre, amongst open fields and woodlands on the Worcestershire Way.

We are always happy to answer your questions and enquiries, whether you are a new customer or an old friend. Please note that emails sometimes go astray, so if you have not heard from us within 24 hours please ring our Reception. If you wish to, you can make your enquiry by telephone by calling Reception on 01299 400793.
Pass over the bridge crossing the River Severn and up the Town Centre hill. Take the very sharp left turn by the side of the church signposted Ribbesford. After 1/2 mile turn right for Heightington / Park End. After 1 miles turn right for The Outdoor Centre/ Park End/ Bewdley Boarding Kennels, we are situated 200yds on the left.

Hi Helen and team Friends of Bewdley Boarding Kennels and Cattery. Kano had an amazing time he looked so happy, i totally recommend your beautiful pets to visit here and consider booking them in, Kano was relaxed as soon as he walked in and when he left. Dropped Blaze off yesterday for a trial overnight weekend stay, was like dropping my son at nursery for the first time but he walked straight out with Tom without a glance back at me and we picked him up and he was so happy and excited he absolutely loved it there best thing we did was to go and look less stress now when we are going away I would definitely recommend them, Thankyou for taking such good care of him x

This will be the first time leving my dog at a boarding kennel. After a visit and a tour round the kennels we felt happy to take my dog there. It was very clean and the owners went through all details, we booked it without hesitation. They even offered to send us photos of my dog which I thought was a.nice touch.

Helen, Shannon and Tom are lovely and friendly, they really care about your dog, they make you feel like you are their favourite customer, they all get so excited to see my dog, they get on the floor to greet the dog and my dog reciprocates the love. they give him lots of cuddles and kisses, they are very loving towards my dog and genuinely love him and treat him as if he was there own, True animal lovers, wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog.
However a large lady, I believe her name is Kim who works there, is rude, obnoxious and just generally unpleasant, however she is hardly ever seen.

One of my dogs is vey nervous and another is old and has failing sight.The staff are always super friendly and helpful and settle them into the kennel so the one with poor sight knows exactly where everything is.They go in and sit and fuss them so they settle well.I hate leaving them but I feel reassured in the knowledge that they are getting great care x

The team at Bewdley Boarding Kennels and Cattery have looked after all 3 of our dogs (Poppy, Giles and Spike before we lost them due to old age) and the love and care they showed them was second to none. They… were all incredibly happy when we left them and when we picked them up, in particular Giles who in his elder years was deaf and almost blind so could be a bit grumpy and frightened if approached in a certain way - they looked after him beautifully. We are awaiting arrival of our new puppy and will more than happy to use them without hesitation.

We have used Bewdley Boarding Kennels twice now, due to our dog being very nervous about being in close proximity to other dogs. We book him into the "presidential" block, which gives him his own outdoor space to use anytime throughout the day, in addition to the "standard" outdoor time included in the stay. We also pay extra for him to have agility play time, which he enjoys a lot. They look after him really well and he appears happy when we pick him up. They also give him a lovely bath before we collect him (also an extra) so he smells super sweet on the way back home. I am really happy to have

This kennel is great! They take such good care of my 14 year old Labrador. She has been going there for about 9 years and always rushes in as she loves the accommodation and staff. I very much appreciate how they give the dogs in their care individual attention. Poppy does need quite a lot of medication as well as human interaction and nothing is too much trouble.
