Managed to lock myself out on a cold wet night. My call was responded to rapidly - all charges were explained before he accepted the job. He was at my home within 30 minutes and I was back in my home within 20 minutes of his arrival. No fuss no mess no damage. So professional from first to last minitue. Thank you so much.

On the last day of our holiday I lost the key to our holiday rental. It was getting late (after 6 on a Friday evening) and with no response from the letting agent, we had no choice but to try to locate a locksmith to get us into the cottage. David answered our call promptly and came out straight away. Within an hour of our first call we were back in the cottage preparing a late meal. A consummate professional..! David is a pleasure to do business with, I have had him to my business premises several times and every time he has done a 1st class job and he is a pleasure to have around - Very courteous, always cleans up after himself and does the job properly the first time.
