Phoned Martin early evening on a Saturday. He answered the phone straight away and came down and sorted the problem an hour or so later. He thought it might need a part but managed to solve the problem without and so he charged me less than he'd thought it would be.
He also re-aligned the door so it shuts better than when originally fitted! Great service, great price and a kind and helpful man. Perfect!!
