Wildheart Residential Management
As the saying goes, necessity is the mother of invention. So when in 2008 City Lofts Group went into administration, Simon Halls founded Wildheart as a vehicle to allow for the ongoing management of a portfolio of around 40 million new built residential developments. As this portfolio changed hands in the following years the business grew organically, a new client brought a new portfolio and asked Wildheart to take on management.

Clients bought a block of flats, to trade apartments individually and as each was sold, the continuation of management became an integral part of the sales proposition. Wildheart now manage 3,000 residential units, from four regional offices employing 30 staff. We are members of the British Property Federation, contributing to their work through membership of the Residential Management Committee.

We are a team of dedicated residential management professionals. We undertake day to day interaction with property owners, residents and contractors providing a high level of customer service and feedback as required. Management of the communal building fabric, common areas and services for the benefit of all tenants and owners ensuring compliance with the Freehold obligations reserved under the respective leases.
At Wildheart, we believe the most important aspect of residential management is maintaining effective communication with clients and tenants. To facilitate this, we strive to build sound working relationship with clients and pride ourselves on fast response times and regular site attendance. We provide a tailored approach to property management.
If we find that requests for repairs using the out of hour's line are not genuine emergencies or urgent repairs, we will charge you for the work. Our out of hours repair line operating hours 5pm to 9 am Monday to Friday and all day at weekends/bank holidays. Any repairs reported on the phone during these times is considered an out of hours call.
