Million Pharmacy

Good pharmacy and friendly staff. We normally get Gaviscon for our newborn baby but everytime we buy Gaviscon the price is different. It can range from £7.50 to £12 which is nearly double.

The staff always provide a fantastic experience here. They are courteous and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are very friendly and go out of their way to help. Everytime I go in they always have a cheery smile and polite manner. When needed they are able to provide confidentiality and always make me feel at ease no matter what my ailment. I cannot recommend highly enough to anyone. The fact they are open so late is a fantastic bonus and provides peace of mind in these uncertain times.

Never answer the phone. I tried ringing for half an hour none stop and couldn't get through. Disgrace

Best pharmacy by far, very helpful and very quick! No long queues - they're on the ball. Other pharmacy's need to wake up!

Great staff. Have a great variety of toiletries and over the counter medications. They are open till 10pm every night through the week. I'm unsure about Saturday & Sundays.

Excellent pharmacy. Everytime I have been in they have always had what I needed service is always friendly and professional. Think a lot of pharmacists could learn from ones like millions and ashchem on sea road. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly reccomend grest job millions

Such an excellent service, filled with kindness. I needed some toiletries delivered to a relative who is in hospital and nothing was too much trouble. The staff delivered what I had asked for to Sunderland Hospital so quickly. With the lockdown and no visitors allowed in to hospital the relief that this act has brought to me is immense. Please use this pharmacy whether you are local or further afield to help me to say thank you for making my day.

We changed to Millions when my husband started shielding and we couldn’t pick up his medication. We’ve had fantastic service and all prescriptions are delivered as soon as possible. I’ve yet to meet any of the staff but they are always helpful when I ring with any queries. 👍

Bumped up the price of childrens paracetamol medicine from £2.99 which is expensive anyway, to £3.99 during the pandemic... shame on you... I will never use this chemist again and I hope people remember shops like you and boycott when this is all over... the same medicine is now available in the likes of home bargains for £1, and please don't give me this ' supply and demand ' nonsense, it's pure greed. You're taking advantage of the terrible situation...

Excellent best pharmacy in sunderland very dedicated to patients and go beyound their way to help you. The opening hours are fantastic all members of staff are outstanding and do not rush you off the phone either for a enguiry or something else. They are even more delightful when in the pharmacy. The only one slight down fall, is one of the younger workers is not very professional and can seem abrupt at times on the phone also. Apart from that like i say the best pharmacy in sunderland.
