Each month, for 5 months we'll be donating 10,000 trays to 10 deserving charities as voted by you. We're celebrating 50 years of making natural pet food with a new charity initiative '50 for 50'. Between May and September we're giving away 50,000 trays to 50 charities.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but unfortunately you have very poor customer service, over 10 days waiting for an order, one guy i was speaking to kept saying it was all okay the order was being shipped etc and it clearly wasn't, no one rang or emailed to say that there was a delay, on the 3rd phone call he said he was dispatching it in express delivery and I rang up a fourth time it hadn't even been sent. Not happy at all.

Sorry, I hardly ever write negative reviews, but this dog food is just vile. Not that I’ve tasted it myself, I hasten to add, but even my ex-Romanian street dog looks at me a bit sideways when I give it to him. No matter which variety you have, it’s a wet, grey slop that smells of fish? It’s the texture of paste rather than any ‘normal’ dog food. I bought a 12 pack so we’re ploughing our way through them because they’re not cheap, but I’m having to intersperse them with more palatable food. I opened the first one and the smell was so strong I assumed it was a Salmon flavour, but

Food very good, customer service just horrible. I have had 2 very bad experiences with one particular gentleman on the customer services team, I had a food transition question and he was patronising and unhelpful in talking me through slower transition options. My bad luck I got him again today...I incorrectly ordered food (entirely my fault) and wanted to see if I could return and swap for the right size tray ...he wouldn’t help at all, and just again saying your fault and if you return you have to pay. Let’s hope I don’t have to phone them again :-(
