I have worked for CTS since 2009, firstly in the accounts department then moving on to Recruitment Consultant - Account manager. I left CTS for a career change but am now back in the fold as a Compliance Officer. CTS staff are very helpful and the majority of staff in our offices have been with CTS for 20+ years showing loyal staff to great management. CTS have temporary staff that have been registered with us for many years showing that the temporary candidates also value CTS along with our Clients.

I really enjoy working with CTS the consultants are profesional and friendly,i have mostly dealt with Amber and it is always a pleasure talking to her and she keeps me informed of up and coming work. Worst agency ever! Quick to take your money for DBS n training but can't be bothered to contact you on the process of the DBS. The staff have no experience running a recruitment agency.
Luckily I had another job and any placement from CTS would have been a top up of wages. Still, I spent my last £60 of the month on getting the DBS and the hygiene certificate certificates completed but it seems like they're more interested in taking my money for the KFC orders now it's been over a month.
I haven't heard anything from them I had to call them to find out what's happening and they still giving me
