We know every individual is unique and believe that diversity is key to empowering a business. PEAR recruitment was launched in 2010 by our Directors who all previously worked within the property sector. This first-hand experience allowed them to understand and identify the needs and desires of both Clients and Candidates alike.
Having worked within the property sector for over 15 years, Dean worked his way up and managed. Eddie started his property career in 2003 and progressed to working with one of London's best. Grace started working within Estate Agency in 2000 for a well known North London agency, her. Samantha has a wealth of experience having worked for a market leading Estate Agency in Hertford.

We are keen to learn about your recent achievements, career highlights, and every aspect of your search criteria to ensure that you get the right job for you.
Always know exactly where you are going before you set off. Google Maps is a good tool and gives you an indication on travel times. Give yourself plenty of time as there is a good chance of traffic, delayed trains or other elements such as limited parking which can set you back. If you interview is during the school runs or home time allow extra time as this can catch you out.
