Have used this company twice and the service and vehicles are first class. The vehicles are clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The staff are helpful and informative and ensure you understand all of the features on the vans. If we ever need a van again we will have no hesitation in using them again. 10 0ut 0f 10.

I have rented numerous vans over the years and have to say this was by far the easiest and trouble free process to date.The van was bigger than expected, which was a bonus, and was well maintained with integral sat nav which again was an unexpected bonus.

Great service, I was fortunate they were able to provide me with a vehicle with just 1 days notice. Efficient service, thorough tour of the vehicle to check I was happy with it and returning the vehicle was really quick and easy. Met a few of the staff and all were friendly and professional, will recommend them to others.

We hired a vehicle for 2 days due to us moving house. The guys were friendly and helpful. James showed around the vehicle to check for any damage, etc. He explained how the tail lift worked. The vehicle was clean and tidy. We will definitely use them again in the future and we highly recommend them. Thank you

Staff so friendly and thorough, booking was super easy, check out/in of vehicle was quick (despite how busy they are with so many people hiring vans at the moment), documents are sent to you by email so you have them to hand. Vans are around a year or so old, clean inside and out and easy to drive. Cannot fault Redditch Vehicle Hire at all and although I have vowed to never move again(!) I would recommend to anyone who is going to.
