I confirm that I am aged 21-75, I have had my license for more than 1 year and I have no more than 8 penalty points. Service rating : From picking the van up to dropping it off the whole experience was excellent. Both people we met on arrival were friendly and one of the main things for us was the honesty of the people involved.

We wouldn't go anywhere else for van hire, everything was brilliant. A big thanks to this firm, made moving home not such a stressful experience. Would definitely use again. Our smallest van that we can hire is a 'Ford Transit Connect' for smaller jobs, the largest van is a 'Luton' van for big jobs. Hired a 4m Luton for two days as moving house and I can't get arcade machines into a normal Transit without a tail lift.
The vehicle was clean and safe, clearly well looked after and no evidence of mistreatment.
Prices were fantastic, much lower than national companies in the area, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.
Would definitely recommend to everyone and I'll use again when it's time to empty my storage unit.

Hired a long wheel base today and the young lady and gent that looked after us were amazing. Price was excellent and booking/collection straightforward! Faultless service - only negative is I’ve forgotten the two specific names, but Friday 20/8/21 you know who you are. Very friendly and easy to use, happy to discuss my needs before. Van cab was spotless and the load area was clean. Easily less than half the price and more of their national competitors and, most crucially, allow an after-hours return.
My car was boxed in by other people returning their vans - I phoned the emergency number 6PM on a Sunday night and they were on site within 10 minutes to resolve the problem; can't fault that for service! Be aware of this however if you do need to leave your car - its quite a tight site and you may well have the same issue
