This place was rubbish by all mean. They pictures are lies.
The bathroom was not working. The kitchen tab was broken. The bed slat was broken. The window was not seal and the room was really cold. I reported the broken shower and they did nothing. Total waste of money!
The kitchen was dirty. The bathroom was dirty too. Black moulds everywhere.
If you think about booking this place never ever do that! I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This place was so disgusting and filthy that we checked out within 30mins of arrival. There was no mattress protector, broken bed slats, broken window, smoke alarm had no batteries, no blind on bathroom window that faced a busy road and the sofa bed was made up to hide the absolute disgusting mess underneath. Management also refused to refund our money. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.

Pictures are complete lies, the rooms look nothing like this at all! We were promised a 2nd floor apartment, but when we arrived the receptionist ( in a tiny room with a computer ) told us we had to sleep in another room as the tv was broken, where we then was escorted round the back of the place down some dingy steps where we saw needles and drug equipment ! We were also told we had a kitchen and we had a table in the corner of the room with a kettle and some DIRTY cutlery!!!
Room stinks of damp.
Shower door was broken and left on the patio

Sorry but being redecorated at the moment and various things in the room not right such as auto eject toikt roll holder to no TV remote.
Wet paint got into my cloths so a bit upset when I noticed.
Don't give up as nice room and location but just needs finishing and snagging to make this an enjoyable stay in future. After Sept 21

The studios are REALLY SMALL- I’ve booked through Booking.com and the photos that are there on their website aren’t of the studio that I’ve actually had to stay - the bathroom is even worst and the shower wasn’t work well, no hot water during the day only in the morning or in the evening . Not cleaned properly

Did stay at this place once and was so satisfied with service. Now i stay here every time when working in London. Very friendly staff, rooms are allways clean and comfortable. Luxury hotel with adequate price. Highly recommend to all. If you want to enjoy your stay - choose Axiom So sienna apartments
