Maustin Park
Our award winning park is an ideal base for those wishing to explore Harrogate, Wetherby and the surrounding countryside. Maustin Park is situated at Kearby near Harrogate, a secluded backwater in the heart of Emmerdale Country, just across the River Wharfe from the Harewood House Estate. The Red Kites released into the wild from Harewood Bird Garden are a spectacular sight soaring high over Maustin Park on a daily basis.
Services
Our 'Stables' bar and restaurant has a warm, friendly atmosphere and is ideal for meeting friends, old and new, over a beverage and a traditional home cooked meal. The River Wharfe, which provides fantastic fishing, is only a few hundred yards away and can be accessed via a public footpath close to the park.
If you are inclined to 'explore' there are a myriad of walks and cycle trails through the beautiful countryside that surrounds the park. Local stables provide the opportunity to trek the valley and picturesque terrain by horse back. Dogs are allowed on the park but must be kept on a lead at all times.
The stylish and well-appointed Chorus is bright and modern, with a sense of contemporary flair. The perfect get away to relax and unwind in it also comes complete with side decking, so it's ready for you to start your holiday experiences.

Decking and Skirting Included Still setting standards in luxury lodge living, the Stamford Lodge's clean lines and sophisticated monochrome colour palette create a lodge environment that is as comfortable as it is spacious.
Here at Larkham Leisure we will help you step by step in finding the right holiday home for you. Our show grounds always have a range of new models to view, we can order you something specific from all of the leading manufactures or we also have a selection of pre-owned Holiday Homes ready to go on most of our leisure parks.
Exit the A1 at Junction 45 and follow the Harewood House signs from the A1 South. At the bottom of the slip road keep left, following signs for Harewood House. At the traffic lights in Collingham, keep right, still following signs for Harewood House. In approximately 3 miles you will come to traffic lights at a T-Junction with the entrance to Harewood House in front of you - turn right.

Nice site let down very badly by toilet / showe block. It may have been OK 30 years ago to have sub standard facilities but not in 2021

Stayed in the pods for a week. Very nice, peaceful. Only suggestion would be to add a pull down blind similar to the one on the doors to the back window. Just so that I'm not woken up with the sun if I want to stay in bed a bit longer haha.

Thought the site was clean a good base to explore the area,Harewood House,Knaresborough etc,but the amenities were really bad.We came Sunday evening,to find the site bar/food place was shut 4pm,had to go to wetherby five miles away,Then to find the Bar/food does not reopen until wed the day we home 🙈even then it’s not doing food until Thurs,so do not come mon/wed and expect to eat on site.No farm shop on site🙈,so run out of anything it’s in the car into wetherby. So cannot give it more than 2 stars.

Beautiful location, fab food and service at restaurant onsite.
Pod decent but mattress in there very uncomfortable, take a topper or an airbed. Come on Maustin Park we'd love to come back but we ain't sleeping on that mattress again ! Time for new ones 👍😊

We have a touring caravan and find it ideal, countryside location but close to our grandchildren in Collingham. Only 6 touring sites, large pitches, very quiet, fully serviced. Facilities are excellent, toilets and showers clean and tidy, a pub on site. Dog walks within yards. Highly recommended.
