Class, never had an issue. Customer service is 110%. My guy rings me if there's and issue with an order ie parts not being in stock and always has solutions to give me straight away. Have spent quiet abit of money here already and wouldn't mind spending alot more. Cheers lads

Brought some yellow speed coilovers from these guys about 6 months ago. Slightly longer estimated delivery time than I was hoping for. But this was due to an awkward fit on my part. Happily they arrived weeks earlier than I was originally told 🙂🙂. Furthermore unfortunately 1 actually failed on me 😔. Having read some not very good reviews. I can happily say they have surpassed themselves and not just replaced the faulty part but replaced the pair. 😁 5*

The service at this place is 100% every time, never had an issue and parts come fast. They also stock some hard to find parts for certain cars which is great too.l like gearbox synchros. My go to supplier for Japanese car parts!

Purchased a diverter valve and braided brake lines for my car. Was told the diverter valve was out of stock (should have been reflected on the website) and then after being told I would receive it a week or two later, I was told I wouldnt get it until november... 5 months on. The brake lines I got told that even though the website does not mention what number of pieces it is, they only do a 6 piece kit and would have to charge me £38 extra. When I complained that the correct price should be on the website I get told they have ordered me a 6 piece kit but taken 2 lines out due to me not willing

Always really reliable and fast service. So glad to have somewhere to buy all the bits i need. Highly recommended

Really bad experience with these guys, spent over 800 pounds on the stage 4 competition clutch and flywheel turned out to be a faulty part, till now they won't refund money back or accept liability car has been on the ramp over 1 month just shows once they have your money they don't care stay away from these guys !

Do not buy from this company. Ordered a Ram air stage 2 Oversized induction kit for a Audi tt 2007 mk2 2.0 turbo TFSI engine with also my car reg details and explained over the phone before I purchased that the battery was situated in my boot and Not under the cars bonnet... And still send wrong kit out, then try blaming me for there mistake. They… would not exchange as part of the kit was already fitted, it was the heat shield (the box the filter is positioned in that was wrong) I did explain that I would send back that part as it wasn't fitted or used still in new condition untouched so

Really disappointed with their customer service. Paid them £89.95 for clutch on 8th May now into July still no item and they refuse to refund alleging it was undelivered and not arrived back yet. Left us with dismantled car still waiting.

They are incompetent scammers, they advertise a product mentioned in the photo that they do not even know what they advertise, they send you another and they do not take care of the return

Amir and the team at ID Workz provide a top service. I bought some parts swapped some parts and Amir even helped me fix my bonnet catch at no cost. Was a pleasure and no doubt I'll be heading back soon for more parts.
