Bought from E bay some lower springs with shipping to NZ and they cancel the order straight away with out explanation. Yes I have a refund but the exchange rate make me loose some money and a waste of time. I wouldn't recommend this Guys if you are overseas! They are a joke!

I recently purchased unitronics stage 1+ ecu, and tcu tune for my rs3. Haz was very helpful and the item was delivered a sprimised next day. Tune has really woken up an already fast car to something blistering fast. Thanks Haz great service.

Bought a Racechip GTS for my bmw 5 series G30 absolutely brilliant it unlocks the hidden performance of the car alot of torquey will be back for some more bits for my other cars.

Aweful place..sold me a race chip..it would not connect to any units and the app will not load anyway...so i returned to them on the promise of a new unit...they sent me back the same unit i had sent… them,needless to say it still did not work..so i asked for a refund,as this had all gone beyond 30 days since purchase,they rrfused refund so im now having to go through paypal to get my money back...save yourself the grief and avoid these scammers

Purchased items, kept being told they would be delivered in 10 to 15 days. 17 days passed and nothing arrived. Contacted them several times with no response. Luckily i paid with PayPal

If you are buying a racechip then make sure the bluetooth connection works with your tablet or phone and everything else works correctly within the 30 day return period,as if it dosent then you may end up,as i have done,buying multiple units in your endevour to find one that will run the chip which may end up costing more than the chip originally did.....that being said,so long as its all connected and working fine then the racechip is a good product...just be aware that it may not be as simple "plug n play" as you were hoping for

Wrong description on XHP falsh seller cancelled my order after asking when will I receive my license.
Seller adviced it will have to be flashed by them when they are selling it for same price as XHP website to own the licence and flash by myself adjust futures switch between stages extra.

BEWARE DISHONEST COMPANY! I Bought a GFB crank Pulley for my 300ZX (£185), it arrived with an open box and marks on the pulley it had clearly been fitted before, so i complained and sent it back. They never apologized or made any meaningful communication, then sent me a £90 refund.
What the hell!! better off saving your money and shopping else where

After spending several days researching different tuners for Audi 5cyl in the UK it’s always difficult to trust someone when you come across a newish establishment selling a worldwide renowned product (Unitronic). I have purchased things from here before and the service was great. Hence why the rating is not too low. Unfortunately i purchased a downpipe from here and eventhough i was told it would fit perfectly it did not. Now i have to spend an extra £100 to have it amended. I'm disappointed to say the least as its taking time out of my work life to have this ammended. Just be mindful when purchasing things i guess is the lesson of the day especially if you can't return a faulty product to the company for a refund or exchange.
